•Foreman (Chemical/Civil/Instrumentation): Diploma in relevant Engineering branch (min. 55% marks) + 2 years relevant post-qualification experience.
•Junior Superintendent (HR): Bachelor’s Degree with Diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations (min. 50% marks) + Computer proficiency + 2 years experience.
•Operator (Chemical): B.Sc with Physics, Chemistry & Maths (min. 50% marks) or B.Sc (Hons) in Chemistry + 1 year relevant experience.

BCPL Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
