The Secondary Education Board of Assam (SEBA) on Monday (October 9th) announced the routine for the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) and Assam High Madrassa (AHM) 2024 examination. SEBA Class 10th HSLC/ AHM Examination 2024 is going to be held from 16th February 2024 to 4th March 2024.

Note: Examination of all the above Practical subjects will be held in the Examination Centre from where the Candidates appear in theory subjects for the same. This year the Practical Examination will NOT be held in Venues.

Important Instructions to Students Regarding SEBA HSLC Exam Routine:
Extra Time: Five minutes extra time is allowed from 8:55 AM to 9:00 AM in the Morning shift and 1:25 PM to 1:30 PM in the Afternoon shift to read the Question Paper only. The Officer-in-Charge will arrange the distribution of Question Papers accordingly.
Modern Indian Languages (MIL): Assamese, Bengali, Bodo, Hindi, Manipuri, Hmar, Nepali, Mizo, Khasi, Garo, Kabri & Urdu.
Elective Languages (Time 3 hours) and In Lieu Languages (Time 2 hours): There will be a common Question paper with groups A and B for each Language viz,- Assamese (E), Hindi (E), Manipuri (E) and Santhali (E).
Candidates offering Elective subject: Will have to appear in both the Groups A and B while In Lieu Language the candidates will have to appear in Group A only, which will be treated as Assamese(IL), Bengali(IL), Hindi(IL), Bodo(IL), Manipuri(IL) and Santhali (IL) respectively.
