The Indian Navy has officially declared the Stage I INET 2026 results for the Agniveer MR and SSR (01/2027 batch) on September 17, 2026. Candidates who appeared for the computer-based entrance examination held in May 2026 can check their scorecards and download their Stage II call-up letters by logging into the official candidate portal using their registered credentials. Shortlisted candidates will now advance to Stage II testing, which encompasses the Physical Fitness Test (PFT), written examination, and Recruitment Medical Examination.
The Indian Navy has declared the Agniveer MR and SSR INET 2026 result for the 01/2027 batch. Candidates who appeared in the Stage I examination can check their result through the candidate login on the official recruitment portal. The portal confirms that Stage II call-up letters for this batch were released on 17 September 2026.
The Stage I result displays the candidate’s pass or fail status along with the marks scored in the INET. The SSR examination was conducted on 13 May 2026, while the MR examination was held on 14 and 15 May 2026, both in Computer-Based Test mode.

What Happens After the INET Result?
Candidates are shortlisted for Stage II state-wise on the basis of INET marks and their age eligibility for the respective batch. Shortlisted candidates should download their call-up letter and follow the reporting date, venue and instructions given in it.

No. Passing INET does not confirm final selection. Shortlisting for Stage II is done state-wise based on INET marks and age eligibility, and cut-offs vary between states. Final induction requires clearing Stage II and the pre-enrolment medical formalities at INS Chilka.
Stage II includes the Physical Fitness Test (PFT), a written examination, and the Recruitment Medical Examination. The provisional select list is based on the Stage II written examination, subject to qualifying the PFT and medical.
MR merit is prepared on an all-India basis, while SSR merit is state-wise. This is why SSR cut-off marks can differ significantly from one state to another.
Carry the original certificates and marksheets uploaded with your application, your domicile certificate, NCC certificate if applicable, and the printed call-up letter. Original documents are verified at each stage.
As per the recruitment notice, 02/2027 batch call-up letters are tentatively scheduled for February 2027 and Stage II for March 2027. The 17 September 2026 announcement applies only to the 01/2027 batch.
