Eligibility Criteria
✓Educational Qualification: HSLC (Class 10th) or equivalent from any Board/Institution recognised by the State/Central Government.
✓Age Limit: Minimum 30 years. Age verified through Birth Certificate from a competent authority OR HSLC Admit Card/Certificate from a recognised Board. No other documents accepted.
✓Nationality & Residency: Must be an Indian Citizen and permanent resident of the specific village/lot applied for.
✓Property Requirement: Must own land or immovable property within the area of appointment.
✓Children Limit: Must not have more than two living children from a single or multiple partners (as per Govt. of Assam Notification No. RLR.187/2007/Pt/24, dated 19 July 2019).
✓Other: Must not be a government employee and must not be a member of any political party.
