1. Principal
Number of Vacancy: 7
Educational Qualification:
i) Master’s Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce from recognized University with 55% of Marks.
ii) B.Ed degree from a recognized University
iii) Minimum 5 years of Teaching experience in any Government/Semi Government/ Government recognized/ Private reputed CBSE/SEBA affiliated Senior Secondary (10+2) School/ College including JNV/KV.
iv) Good communication skills in English, Hindi and local vernacular language.
v) Good interpersonal skills, management & leadership quality, administrative ability & integrity, and computer proficiency.

2. Post Graduate Teacher
Number of Vacancy: 15 posts
Annual Pay Package: ₹ 5,10,540/- with applicable annual increment

Educational Qualification:

Post Graduate Teacher (Arts):

A) Post Graduate Degree in Arts from a recognized University with minimum 55% of marks in both Graduation and Post Graduation in the respective subject and
B) Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized Institution(s).

Post Graduate Teacher (Science):

A) Post Graduate Degree in Science from a recognized University with minimum 55% of marks in both Graduation and Post Graduation in the respective subject and
B) Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized Institution(s).

➲ The candidates must have passed class 12th or equivalent Examination with English as the medium of instruction.

3. Graduate Teacher
Number of Vacancy: 48 posts
Annual Pay Package: ₹ 3,45,924/- with applicable annual increment.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate Teacher (Arts):

A) A Graduate in Arts with Major (Honours) from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks and
B) Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized Institution(s).

Graduate Teacher (Science):

C) A Graduate in Science with Major (Honours) from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks and
D) Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized Institution(s).

➲ The candidates must have passed class 12th or equivalent Examination with English as the medium of instruction.

Graduate Teacher (Hindi):

➲ Pravin/ Ratna in Hindi with 55% marks and degree qualification with 55% marks or post Graduate degree in Arts with 55% marks with Pravin/ Ratna in Hindi with 55% marks from any recognized University,
Or
BA with 55% marks and having Hindi as one of the subjects with 55% marks or post Graduate in Arts with 55% marks provided that he has passed BA with one of the subjects as Hindi with 55% marks in Hindi

➲ B.Ed. degree from any recognized University (PARANGAT to be treated as B.Ed. degree only for the purpose of Hindi teaching).

4. Assistant Teacher
Number of Vacancy: 30 posts
Annual Pay Package: ₹ 3,07,848/- with applicable annual increment.

Educational Qualification:

Assistant Teacher (Arts):

A) A Graduate in Arts from recognized University with a minimum 55% marks and
B) Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized Institution(s).

Assistant Teacher (Science):

A) A Graduate in Science from recognized University with a minimum 55% marks and
B) Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized Institution(s).

➲ The candidates must have passed class 12th or equivalent Examination with English as the medium of instruction.

Eligibility Criteria of Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathan Recruitment

Age Limit: A candidate must not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 45 years as on 1st January, 2023.

Residentship: Candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam.
