Eligibility Criteria for CSIR NEIST Jorhat Skill Development Training 2025
Age Limit: 38 years (Relaxation as per govt. norms)
Educational Qualification:
Basic Training:
- For trades (a) to (d): Minimum Class 10 passed
- For AutoCAD: Class 10/ITI/Diploma/Degree
- For Plant Tissue Culture Technician: 10+2 (Science preferred)
- For Animal Attendant: 10+2 (Science/ITI preferred)
- For other trades: Minimum Class 8 passed
Advanced Training:
- CNC: ITI (Machinist/Turner) or Diploma in Mechanical/Allied discipline
- Advanced Welding: ITI (Welding) or Diploma in Mechanical/Allied subject
- AI–ML: Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (Online mode)
- Field Technician – Networking & Storage: BCA, BSc (IT/Computer Science) or Diploma in related field
Application fee if any: All courses are free of cost, except Laboratory Animal Attendant, which requires a course fee of ₹5000/- during admission.
