Assam Class 12 Result 2025 Date:

Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) declared the Assam HS Exam Results 2024 on 9th May 2024 at 9 AM. Similarly the HS Result 2023 was declared on 6th June 2023 at 9 AM. Similarly in 2022, the AHSEC HS Result was announced on June 27 at 9 am.

As per latest tweet by education minister Dr. Ranoj Pegu, the HS Results 2025 will be declared on 30th April 2025 at 9 AM by ASSEB.

Assam HS exam candidates will be able to check their mark sheets on the day of the declaration of the results. Candidates will be able to check their marks online and they will have to collect the hard copy of the mark sheet from their respective school or colleges.

Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB):

The Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB) was established under the Assam State School Education Board Act, 2024, through the merger of the Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) and the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC), marking a significant restructuring of the state’s educational administration. ASSEB officially came into existence on 13th September 2024 with the oath-taking of Sri R. C. Jain, IAS (Retd.), as Chairman, Sri Rukma Gohain Baruah as Vice-Chairman (Division-II), and other members.

As part of this reorganization, SEBA is now designated as ASSEB Division-I, while AHSEC is recognized as Division-II. Previously, the Assam HS Final Examination was conducted by AHSEC, but starting from 2025, ASSEB will be responsible for conducting both secondary and higher secondary examinations, thereby streamlining the management of school education under a single governing body.
