CTET 2026 Eligibility Criteria

  • Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with 50% marks and passed/appearing in 2-year D.El.Ed.

  • Senior Secondary with 50% marks and passed/appearing in 4-year B.El.Ed.

Candidates must meet any one of the following:

  • Graduation and passed/appearing in 2-year D.El.Ed.
  • Graduation with 50% marks and passed/appearing in 1-year B.Ed.
  • Senior Secondary with 50% marks and passed/appearing in 4-year B.A./B.Sc.Ed or B.El.Ed.
  • Graduation with 45% marks and passed/appearing in 1-year B.Ed. as per NCTE norms.
  • Candidates pursuing recognized teacher education programs (NCTE/RCI approved) are also eligible.
