AssamCareer: State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Assam is going to release the Admit Card of Pre Entry Test (PET) 2023 shortly for admission into 2- Year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) Course.
Candidates who submitted online application for SCERT, Assam D.El.Ed. Admission 2023 must appear Pre-Entry Test (PET), for which candidates can now download their Admit card form the SCERT website (www.scertassam.co.in).
As per latest official notification by SCERT Assam, the SCERT PET 2023 will be scheduled to be held on 10th September 2023.

Syllabus of D.El.Ed Pre-Entry Test
The State Educational Research and Training Council will conduct an examination to select meritorious candidates for admission to the two-year diploma in elementary education. In this section, we have provided the syllabus of this PET exam for ease of our website users and the candidates for this exam.
The test will have two sections, Section I and Section II. The question pattern and marking according to these sections will be as follows.
Total Marks: 100 Marks
Total Time: 2 Hours
Type of Question: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
Number of Questions: 100 Questions
Negative Marking: For every incorrect answer, a 0.25 mark shall be deducted from the total marks secured by the candidate. More than one answer given to a question will be treated as an incorrect answer.

Reasoning: Logical and analytical reasoning, pattern etc.
