SBI PO Selection Process 2025
The recruitment of Probationary Officers in SBI is carried out through three rigorous stages to ensure the selection of the best candidates:

- English Language – 40 Marks
- Quantitative Aptitude – 30 Marks

🔹 2. Main Examination
- Objective Test (200 Marks) + Descriptive Test (50 Marks).

🔹 3. Psychometric Test, Group Exercise & Interview
- Psychometric Test for personality profiling.
- Group Exercise (20 Marks) and Interview (30 Marks).
- Final Merit List = Mains (75%) + Phase III (25%).
