Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) has announced the POWERGRID Engineer Recruitment 2026 for 40 Field Engineer vacancies (25 Electrical, 15 Civil) under its North Eastern Region Consultancy Project in Arunachal Pradesh. Selected candidates will receive a monthly remuneration under the pay scale of ₹30,000 – 3% – ₹1,20,000, with an initial basic pay of ₹30,000. Selection is based purely on Interview performance; any screening test conducted is only for elimination and carries no weightage in the final merit.

Screening Test (Elimination Only)
Interview Round (Final Merit)
Candidates qualifying the screening test are shortlisted and called for interview based on their performance. Merit is drawn purely on Interview performance. Minimum qualifying marks in the Interview round: 40% for Unreserved/EWS and 30% for Reserved categories. Candidates may appear for the interview in Hindi or English.
