ONGC Selection Process 2026
The selection process for ONGC Engineer & Geologist Recruitment 2026 consists of three stages. Candidates must clear each stage to proceed to the next.
Computer Based Test (CBT): Scheduled on 6 September 2026. This is an online objective-type test covering technical knowledge in the respective discipline along with general aptitude.
Interview: Candidates shortlisted on the basis of CBT scores will be called for a personal interview to assess technical competency and suitability for the role.
Medical Fitness Test: Candidates provisionally selected after the interview must pass a medical examination as per ONGC’s prescribed medical standards before final appointment.
