Eligibility Criteria of Morigaon Judiciary Recruitment
Educational Qualification: Candidates must be a graduate from recognised institute or university.
Age Limit: Candidates must not be less than 18 years and more than 40 years of Age as on 31st Dec 2022.
Age Relaxation: Category-wise upper age relaxation will be as follows
- OBC/MOBC: 3 Years
- SC/ST: 5 Years
- PwD: 10 Years
Citizenship: Candidates must be Indian citizen as defined in the article 5 to B of the Constitution of India.
Employment Exchange Certificate: The candidate must have registered his/her name in the Employment Exchange and the Registration Number along with the dates must be mentioned in their applications.

Selection Process of Morigaon Judiciary Recruitment
The Selection Process of Morigaon Judiciary Recruitment consists of following 2 phases.
Phase l: There will be an objective type multiple choice written Examination of 100 marks having 2 hours duration comprising 100 questions carrying 1 mark each. Questions will be based on General Knowledge, English, Mathematics, Aptitude and Assamese. There will be no negative mark for wrong answer. Minimum qualifying marks for written examination for unreserved category will be 50% and that for reserved category will be 40%.
Phase II: On the basis of performance in the written test, candidates in the ratio of 1:5 (in each category) shall be called for viva voce which will be of 50 marks subject to securing minimum qualifying marks. However, the selection Board reserves the right to call more candidates for the Viva voce in case more than one candidate secures the least mark of qualifying for the Viva voce.
