Eligibility Criteria – Post-wise
Manager (Branch Management) – 100 Posts
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University. 3 years as an Officer in any Scheduled Public/Private Sector Bank, of which at least 2 years in Branch Banking. Experience as Scale I Branch Head preferred.
Manager (IT) – 65 Posts
B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT/Electronics & Communication/Electronics & Instrumentation) or MCA or M.Sc. (CS/IT). Minimum 5 years post-qualification IT experience.
Manager / Sr. Manager (Information Security & Audit) – 15 Posts
B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in CS, IT, Electronics & Communication, Cyber Security, or Information Security (MCA also accepted for Audit roles). Experience: 2 years for Manager, 5 years for Senior Manager grades.
Senior Manager (IT / Database / Network / Cyber Security) – 30 Posts
B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT/Electronics & Communication/Electronics & Instrumentation) or MCA or M.Sc. (CS/IT) or M.Tech. Minimum 5–8 years of relevant post-qualification experience depending on the specific role (IT: 8 yrs; Database/Network/Cyber Security: 5 yrs).
Manager / Senior Manager (Credit) – 50 Posts
Bachelor’s degree with PG in MBA (Finance)/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS (Finance), or CA, or CMA. 3 years post-qualification experience for Manager; 6 years for Senior Manager, in a Bank/Financial Institution.
Senior Manager (Risk) – 6 Posts
Graduation with MBA (Finance)/PGDM (Finance)/PGDBF/MFM/MFC/Masters in Mathematics, Statistics or Economics; OR Graduation with GARP (USA) or PRMIA certification in Financial Risk Management. Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience.
Assistant Manager (Security) – 25 Posts
Graduate from a recognized University, with a Computer/IT certification course (min. 3 months). Must be a retired JCO (or equivalent) with min. 5 years of service in Army/Navy/Air Force, OR an Inspector-rank officer with min. 5 years’ service (Sub-Inspector and above) in Paramilitary Forces or Police.
