Eligibility Criteria
Citizenship: Must be an Indian Citizen as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
Employment Exchange: Must have a valid Registration of Employment Exchange of Assam.
Educational Qualification: Must have passed Class VIII standard from a recognised institution. Candidates who have passed HSSLC or above are NOT eligible to apply. Candidates with special skills may be given preference.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years of age.

Fill in the application form completely with all required personal and educational details. Attach self-attested copies of all testimonials regarding educational qualification, age proof, and caste certificate.
Attach 2 (two) recent passport-size photographs (self-attested) — one pasted and one stapled to the application form.
Write the name of the post applied for clearly on the top of the envelope in block letters: “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ___________”.
