1. Name of post: Process Server (Jarikarak)
Number of Vacancy: 2 (UR)
Pay Scale: PB ₹ 14000-60500+ GP ₹ 5200 (PB-2)
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
- Must have knowledge in official language of Assam.
2. UDA (Upper Division Assistant)
Number of Vacancy: 3 posts
Pay Scale: PB ₹ 14000-60500+ GP ₹ 8000
Eligibility: The candidates must have served not less than 5 years of continuous service as L.D Assistant/Copyist/Typist/Computer Typist in establishment of District and Sessions Judges of Assam, as laid down in the “Assam District Sessions Judges establishment (Ministerial) Service Rule, 1987”
Other Criteria of Biswanath Judiciary Recruitment
Age Limit: Candidates must not be less than 18 years or more than 40 years of age as on 01.01.2023. The Upper Age is relaxable as per Govt. norms.
Nationality: Candidates must be an Indian Citizen as defined in Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
Employment Exchange Certificate: Candidates must have registered their names in the Employment Exchange and the Registration is to be valid as on date of submission of applications.
