Number of Vacancy: 2 posts [UR]
Pay Scale: Pay Band-2, ₹ 14,000 – 70,000 with Grade Pay of ₹ 6,200.

Eligibility Criteria of Karimganj Judiciary Recruitment:
Citizenship: The candidate must be an Indian Citizen as defined in Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
Employment Exchange Registration: Candidates must have registered their names in the Employment Exchange along with up-to-date qualifications. The registration number alongwith date must be mentioned in their applications.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must be Graduate in any discipline.
Computer Knowledge: Candidate must have basic computer knowledge.
Age Limit: The candidate must not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years of age as on 01.01.2024.
Age Relaxation: Category-wise age relaxation is as mentioned below:
- SC/ ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years

Duly filled standard form of application along with self-attested photocopies of all relevant testimonials regarding Educational qualification, Experience certificate (wherever applicable), Caste, Age proof, Employment Exchange Registration Card, along with 3 recent passport size photographs duly signed by the candidate on the reverse side, should reach the office of the Office of the District Legal Services Authority, Karimganj.

Selection Process of Karimganj Judiciary Recruitment
Eligible candidates for the post of L.D. Asstt. shall have to appear first in the Written Test of 100 marks, comprising of General English, Aptitude , General Knowledge, Current Affairs , Drafting., Computer Knowledge etc. of descriptive & objective type. Written test will be followed by Viva-Voce.
A candidate must have to secure at least 40% marks in the Written Test to qualify for Viva-Voce.
Successful candidates in written test, will have to appear for Viva-Voce. The date, time and venue of Viva-Voce will be intimated after the declaration of the result of the written test. The result of written test will be published in the official website of Karimganj District Judiciary (https://karimganj.dcourts.gov.in). Viva-Voce will be of 100 Marks.
No individual Call letters/ Admit Cards shall be sent to the eligible candidates. List of Eligible candidates to be called for written test and viva-voce will be uploaded in the official website of Karimganj District Judiciary (https://karimganj.dcourts.gov.in) and candidates will have to download the same from the official website. The list of rejected candidates will also be uploaded in the official website.
