State Child Protection Society (SCPS), Assam has released an employment notification for the recruitment of 88 vacancies — Chairperson and Member of Child Welfare Committees (CWC) and Social Workers of Juvenile Justice Boards (JJB) across various districts of Assam.

Selection Process
District Level Scrutiny: Applications received at the district level will be scrutinized by the District Level Scrutiny Committee (DLSC) by 25 July 2026.
Shortlisting: A panel of shortlisted candidates will be prepared in a 1:3 ratio for each vacant post.
State Level Selection & Viva: The shortlist is placed before the State Level Selection Committee (SLSC), constituted under Rule 87 of the JJ (Care & Protection of Children) Model Rules, 2022, for final viva and selection. SLSC reserves the right to reject any DLSC recommendation.
