Assam Career: State Anti-Drug & Prohibition Council (SADPC), Assam has released 2023 has recently invited application for the Recruitment of 11 posts at 06 (Six) De-addiction cum Rehabilitation centres in the districts of Tinsukia, Dibrugarh, Golaghat, Sonitpur, Kamrup Metro and Barpeta under the State Anti-Drug & Prohibition Council (SADPC), Assam for an initial period of 11 (eleven) months. Interested and eligible candidates may apply for these vacancy.

1. Accountant cum Clerk
Number of Vacancy: 02

Educational Qualification: Commerce Graduate from a recognized University.
Experience: Knowledge of Accounts and working knowledge of Computer.
Remuneration: ₹ 10,000/-p.m. (Fixed)
Age Limit: Minimum: 18 Years of age as on 01.01.2023. Maximum age should not be more than 40 years as on 01.01 2023
2. Chowkidar

Educational Qualification: Minimum Class-VIII Passed
Remuneration: ₹ 7,500/-p.m. (Fixed)

3. Peer Educator

Experience:
- I. Should be literate. Ex- drug user with 1-2 years of sobriety.
- II. Willing to work among drug using population as well as is possessing qualities like empathy, communication skills.
- III. Willing to get trained. agrees to refrain from using, buying or selling drugs. ready to work for the prevention of harmful drug use and relapse
Remuneration: ₹ 9,000/- p.m. (Fixed)

4. Psychologist

Educational Qualification: Graduate in Psychology/ Community Science from a recognized University.
Experience: Minimum 01 (one) year experience in the field Deaddiction or Counselling Previous working experience with Govt. / NGO etc. Should have knoWe@e of English/Hindi/ local language and Computer.
Remuneration: ₹ 12,500/-p.m. (Fixed)

5. Social Worker

Educational Qualification: Graduate in Social Work/Sociology/ Psychology/ Community Science from a recognized University.
Experience: Minimum 01 (one) year experience in the field of De- De-addiction or relevant field /issues of Social security. Previous working experience with Govt. / NGO etc. Should have knowledge of English/Hindi/ local language and computer

6. Project Co-Ordinator cum Vocational Counsellor

Educational Qualification: Graduate in Social Work/Sociology/ social science from a recognized University.
Experience: Minimum 01 (one) year working experience in such centres or related field and demonstrable capabilities for running such centres. Candidate must have working knowledge of Computer.
Remuneration: ₹ 15,000/-p.m. (Fixed)

- (i) Education Qualification Certificate
- (ii) DOB Certificate/ Class X Admit Card.

- (iv) Experience certificate (if any)
- (v) Certificate from rehabilitation Center in respect of peer Educator’s recovery. (only in case of posts of Peer Educator)
