1. Age Limit
- Minimum: 20 Years | Maximum: 30 Years.
- Candidates must be born between 02/04/1996 and 01/04/2006.
- Relaxation: SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), PwBD (10-15 years).
2. Educational Qualification & Experience
- Junior Engineer (Civil):
- Diploma: 3-year Diploma with 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) + 2 years experience.
- Degree: B.E./B.Tech with 55% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD) + 1 year experience.
- Junior Engineer (Electrical):
- Diploma: 3-year Diploma in Electrical/Electronics with 65% marks + 2 years experience.
- Degree: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics with 55% marks + 1 year experience.
- Note: Graduate Apprenticeship training in a PSU for 1 year is also considered as experience.
Selection Process

- Online Examination: A competitive objective test covering English, Engineering discipline, and General Intelligence.
- Language Proficiency Test (LPT): Candidates must be proficient in the Official/Local language of the zone they are applying for. Failure in LPT results in disqualification.
