Eligibility Criteria of MHRB Assam Recruitment

Age Limit: A candidate should not be less than 21 years and not more than 38 years of age as
on 01/01/2023.

Age Relaxation: The relaxation of upper age limit for reserved categories are as follows:

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC/ MOBC: 3 years
• PWD: 10 years

Educational Qualification: A degree in Dairy Technology or Biotechnology or Oil Technology or Veterinary Science or Biochemistry or Microbiology or Masters Degree in Chemistry or Degree in Medicine from a recognized University. OR

A Bachelor degree or Masters Degree or Doctorate degree from a recognized University or Institution in the following Disciplines:

Disciplines “Food Technology”	Disciplines deem to be covered under “Agricultural Science”
I. Food Engineering. II. Food Engineering and Technology. III. Food Processing and Preservation. IV. Food Processing Technology. V. Food Technology & Management. VI. Food Bio-Technology. VII. Food Plant Operations Management. VIII. Food Process Engineering & Management. IX. Food Processing. X. Food Safety & Quality Management. XI. Process & Food Engineering	I. Agriculture. II. Agriculture Engineering. III. Bio-Technology. IV. Dairy Technology. V. Fisheries. VI. Food technology. VII. Food Nutrition and Dietetic. VIII. Horticulture.

OR

Any other equivalent/ recognized qualification notified by the Central Government.

Application Fee of MHRB Assam Recruitment

Application must be accompanied with required application fee of ₹ 250/- (rupees two hundred fifty) only for General category candidates and ₹ 150/- (rupees one hundred fifty) only for OBC/MOBC/SC/ST (P)/ST (H) candidate. No application fee is required for candidates having BPL certificate and PWD certificate. Application fee may be deposited, through Treasury Challan in the Head of Account “0210-Medical and Public Health-01-Urban Health Services-800-Other Receipt”.

Fees can be deposited online using Government Receipt Accounting System-GRAS (Website: https://assamegras.gov.in). Candidates may pay the requisites fees (as admissible for the category mentioned above). Printed copy of Treasury Challan generated through GRAS should be submitted at the time of interview. In Remarks column, candidate may write the post applied for.
