The CAPF Medical Officer Selection Board-2025 (MOSB-2025), functioning under the Ministry of Home Affairs and administered through the Directorate General, Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP), has released the official notification for 282 posts of Specialist Medical Officer, Super Specialist Medical Officer and Medical Officer across the Central Armed Police Forces – BSF, CRPF, ITBP, SSB and Assam Rifles.
Eligible MBBS doctors, along with specialists holding relevant PG degrees/diplomas or super-specialists with DM/M.Ch qualifications, can apply online. Selected candidates will serve as commissioned Gazetted Officers, ranked from Assistant Commandant to Second-in-Command depending on the post.
