IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2026 – Overview
Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has released two separate employment notifications for the recruitment of 246 Technician Apprentice and Trade Apprentice posts at Bongaigaon Refinery (144 posts) and Guwahati Refinery (102 posts) in Assam, under the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973 (as amended). Applications are open from 29 June 2026 to 28 July 2026.
This is a prime opportunity for candidates in Assam and North East India holding B.Sc., Diploma, B.Com, B.A., or Class XII qualifications to gain structured apprenticeship training at two of India’s major oil refineries. There is no application fee for any candidate. Stipend is payable as per the Apprentices Act and IOCL Corporation guidelines.
