Viva Voce (Interview): Eligible candidates will be called for an interview. Candidates who score the highest marks in the Viva Voce for their respective village will be selected for the Gaon Pradhan post.

Police Verification: All final appointments will be made only after successful Police Verification as per the prescribed procedure.

Fill in all required details carefully in block letters. Clearly mention the name of the revenue village for which you are applying for the Gaon Pradhan post.

Attach self-attested photocopies of all required documents along with three recent passport-size colour photographs (3.5 cm × 4.5 cm, white background).

Attach the required Treasury Challan (amount as applicable) to the application.

Submit the duly filled application along with all documents to the RKG Branch, O/o the Co-District Commissioner, Dergaon Co-District, Golaghat on or before 30 June 2026.

The last date to submit offline applications is 30 June 2026. Applications must be submitted at the RKG Branch, O/o the Co-District Commissioner, Dergaon Co-District, Golaghat.

There are 10 vacancies in total: 3 posts under Golaghat Revenue Circle and 7 posts under Dergaon Revenue Circle.

The remuneration is ₹14,000/- per month as per Government of Assam norms.

Candidates must be at least 25 years old as on 1 January 2026. Age is verified through HSLC Admit Card, HSLC Certificate, or Birth Certificate issued by a competent authority only.

Candidates must apply only in the Standard Form of Application, Part IX of the Assam Gazette. Applications submitted in any other format will not be entertained.

Selection is based on performance in a Viva Voce (Interview). Candidates scoring the highest marks in the interview for their respective village are selected. Final appointments are made after Police Verification.
