AssamCareer: Eklavya Model Residential School (EMRS) 2023 has recently invited application for the Recruitment of 4062 Principal, PGT, Accountant, JSA and Lab Attendant vacancies of teaching and non-teaching staff in EMRS Staff Selection Exam (ESSE)-2023. All the details related to the EMRS Recruitment 2023 are given below. The online application will start from 30th June 2023. Interested and eligible candidates can apply through online mode. emrs.tribal.gov.in.

EMRS Recruitment Details

1. Principal
Number of Vacancy: 303
Pay Matrix: Level-12 (₹ 78800-209200/-)
Educational Qualification: (i) Master’s Degree from recognized University/Institute ii) B.Ed. degree.
Experience: Persons having 12 years of combined experience as Vice Principal/PGT/TGT with minimum 4 years as PGT and above.
Desirable: (i) Experience of working in a fully residential school. (ii) Proficiency in English, Hindi and Regional Language. (iii) Working knowledge of computers.
Age limit: Not exceeding 50 years. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and other categories as applicable under the Govt. of India Rules. Up to 55 years for EMRS employees.

2. PGT
Number of Vacancy: 2266
Pay Matrix: Level-8 (₹ 47600-151100/-)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate degree from any recognized University/Institute deemed as university with relevant subjects.
M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) MCA from recognized University/Institute. OR M.E. Or M. Tech. (Computer Science/IT) from recognized University/Institute.
Experience: B.Ed. Degree. (In case of integrated 4 years degree course, B. Ed. is not required).
Age limit: Not exceeding 40 years. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and other categories as applicable under the Govt. of India Rules. Up to 55 years for EMRS employees.

3. Accountant
Number of Vacancy: 361
Pay Matrix: Level-6 (₹ 35400-112400/-)
Educational Qualification: Degree of Commerce from a recognize University/Institute.
Age limit: Not exceeding 30 years. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and other categories as applicable under the Govt. of India Rules. Up to 55 years for EMRS employees.

4. Jr. Secretariat Assistant (JSA)
Number of Vacancy: 759
Pay Matrix: Level-2 (₹ 19900-63200/-)
Educational Qualification: Senior Secondary (Class XII) certificate from a recognized Board and possessing minimum speed of 35 words per minutes in English typing or 30 words per minute in Hindi typing.
Age limit: Not exceeding 30 years. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and other categories as applicable under the Govt. of India Rules. Up to 55 years for EMRS employees.

5. Lab Attendant
Number of Vacancy: 373
Pay Matrix: Level-1 (₹ 18000-56900/-)
Educational Qualification: 10th Class Pass with a certificate/diploma in Laboratory technique OR 12th Class with science stream from a recognized board/university.
Age limit: Up to 30 years Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and other categories as applicable under the Govt. of India Rules. Up to 55 years for EMRS employee.

Application Fee of EMRS Recruitment

Principal	₹ 2000/-
PGT	₹ 1500/-
Non-teaching Staff	₹ 1000/-

➲ No fee is required to be paid by candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD categories.

➲ Candidates have to pay fees separately if he/she is applying for more than one post.

➲ Fee Payable for ESSE-2023: Processing charges on the applications fee and Goods & Service Taxes (GST) thereon as applicable, are to be borne by the candidate at the time of transaction.

How to Apply for EMRS Recruitment?

Candidates are required to apply through “Online” mode only for the post(s) as per the advertisement/ vacancy circular. The Application Form in any other mode will not be accepted.

A candidate may apply for more than one post if he/she is eligible. In such cases, the candidate will have to pay the requisite fee separately for each post as applicable. However, for PGT post, eligible candidates can apply for one/single subject only.

Candidates shall ensure that the information entered by them in their respective online Application Form is correct. Information provided by the candidates in their respective online Application Forms, like, name of candidate, contact/address details, category, PwBD status, educational qualification details, date of birth, choice of exam cities experience detail will be treated as final.
