Eligibility Criteria – Post-wise Details
1. Staff Nurse
64 Posts | ₹53,880/month
Qualification: GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) + Diploma in Oncology Nursing, OR Basic/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing — recognized by INC or State Nursing Council.
Experience: Minimum 1 year clinical experience in a 50-bedded hospital. Hepatitis B vaccination mandatory.
Age: Up to 29 years (5 years relaxable for in-service TMC candidates)
2. Staff Nurse (Grade II)
42 Posts | ₹57,120/month
Qualification: GNM + Diploma in Oncology Nursing, OR B.Sc. Nursing, OR Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized university — eligible to register with INC/State Nursing Council.
Experience: Minimum 5 years clinical experience in a 100-bedded hospital. Oncology/admin experience preferred. Hepatitis B vaccination mandatory.
Age: Up to 34 years (5 years relaxable for in-service TMC candidates)
3. Leading Fireman
03 Posts | ₹30,600/month
Qualification: 12th pass. Fire training from State Fire Service Academy OR Diploma in Fire & Safety from a recognized Technical Education Board/State Govt. with 3 years industry/hospital/hotel experience.
Physical Standards: Height min. 167 cm (General) / 165 cm (Hill areas). Chest: 80 cm (unexpanded) / 85 cm (expanded). Valid LMV & Two-Wheeler Driving Licence required.
Age: 25 to 30 years (5 years relaxable for in-service TMC candidates)
4. Attendant
10 Posts | ₹21,600/month
Qualification: 10th pass or equivalent from a recognized board.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in filing, record keeping, dispatch, photocopying, general office assistance, and cleaning.
Age: Up to 24 years (5 years relaxable for in-service TMC candidates)
5. Trade Helper
10 Posts | ₹21,600/month
Qualification: 10th pass or equivalent from a recognized board.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of equipment in OT, ICU, Diagnostics, Laboratory, Engineering, or general office work.
Age: Up to 24 years (5 years relaxable for in-service TMC candidates)
6. Clerk Telephone Operator
04 Posts | ₹23,880/month
Qualification: Graduate from a recognized university with a Telephone Operator’s Course.
Experience: Minimum 1 year handling exchange board (preferably EPBAX) in a reputed institute or hospital. Must be able to communicate in English, Hindi, and a local language.
Age: Up to 26 years (5 years relaxable for in-service TMC candidates)
Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted based on qualifications and experience. Eligible candidates will be called for:

Written Examination (MCQ / Subjective) — 100 marks covering subject specialization, General Knowledge, Numerical Aptitude, and Current Affairs.

Skill Test — Practical/skill-based test depending on the post applied for.

Interview / VIVA — The shortlist for MCQ/VIVA will be published on the official BBCI website. No TA/DA will be paid for attending.
⚠ Contractual Note: These are temporary contractual positions for 6 months, extendable based on performance until co-terminus with the project. Candidates have no right to claim permanent employment in BBCI or any other project of the institute.
