The Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE), Tezpur University has opened online admissions for its Master’s Degree (MA in Mass Communication, English, Sociology) and Postgraduate Diploma programs for the July (Autumn) 2026 session. Graduates from any discipline are eligible to apply, and there is no upper age limit for admission. Eligible candidates can submit their applications online through the official CDOE portal from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026.

The Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE), Tezpur University, Assam has released the official admission notification for various Master Degree and Diploma courses for the Autumn Session, 2026. Interested and eligible candidates may apply online from 1 July 2026 to 30 September 2026 through the CDOE official website.
There is no age bar for admission to any course offered by CDOE, Tezpur University, and graduates from any discipline can apply. The Centre operates with UGC approval, allowing working professionals and learners in remote areas to pursue postgraduate education flexibly.

How to Apply for CDOE Tezpur University Admission 2026
Visit the CDOE Admission Portal and click on “New Registration”. Register with your Name, Date of Birth, Email ID and Mobile Number.
Log in with your registered Email ID and Password, then verify your email address to activate your account.
From the Dashboard, select your desired programme and fill personal details (Part A), upload photograph/signature (Part B), and enter educational qualifications (Part C).
Upload all required documents listed in the Instructions section, then preview your application and edit if needed via the left-side dashboard panel.
Click Final Submit, then proceed to pay the application fee from the Dashboard. Payment details update within 72 hours.
Once payment is confirmed, download and print your completed application form for future reference.

Three Master Degree programmes — MA English, MA Sociology, MA Mass Communication & Journalism — and three Diploma programmes: HR Management, Child Rights & Governance, and Environmental & Disaster Management.
A Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university. For Diploma in Child Rights and Governance, prior experience in the allied field is preferred.
MA courses range from ₹4,850 to ₹5,450; Diploma courses range from ₹5,945 to ₹6,270, depending on the programme chosen.
