1. Controller of Examinations – 1 Post
•Master’s Degree with min. 55% marks (or equivalent grade/CGPA).
•15 years as Assistant Professor (Level-11+) or 8 years at Level-12+ (incl. Associate Professor) with educational administration experience.
OR
•Comparable experience in a research establishment/institution of higher education.
OR
•15 years administrative experience, of which 8 years as Deputy Controller of Examinations or equivalent.
2. Deputy Controller of Examinations – 1 Post
•Master’s Degree with min. 55% marks (or equivalent grade/CGPA).
•9 years as Assistant Professor (Level-10+) with Educational Administration experience.
OR
•Comparable experience in research establishment/institution of higher education.
OR
•5 years administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or equivalent.
3. Deputy Registrar – 1 Post
•Master’s Degree with min. 55% marks (or equivalent grade/CGPA).
•9 years as Assistant Professor (Level-10+) with educational administration experience.
OR
•Comparable experience in research establishments/institutions of higher education.

•5 years administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or equivalent.
4. Finance Officer – 1 Post
•Master’s Degree with min. 55% marks + 8 years management-level experience in Finance & Accounts in a Government Organisation/PSU/Research Organisation.

•Professional qualification – ICWAI, ICAI, or MBA (Finance) – with 5 years management-level experience in Finance & Accounts in a Government Organisation/PSU/Research Organisation.
