Assam State Disaster Management Authority (ASDMA), Guwahati has released an official employment notification for the recruitment of 2 District Project Officer (DPO) posts in the District Disaster Management Authorities (DDMA) of Bajali and Tamulpur, on a contract basis. Graduate candidates with relevant disaster management experience can apply by post from 11th September 2026 to 25th September 2026.
Selected candidates will be posted at the respective district headquarters under the Deputy Commissioner, supporting disaster-preparedness, response and mitigation work in coordination with blocks, gram panchayats, government teams and community organisations. The engagement carries a consolidated remuneration of ₹72,336/- per month.
