About APSC CCE Main Examination 2025
The APSC CCE Main Exam consists of two stages:
1. Written Examination
- Name of exam: CCE Main Examination 2024
- Date of exam: 11th to 13th October 2025
- Type of questions: Descriptive and Objective type questions
- Medium of exam: A candidate shall be allowed to write his/her answer papers in English or Assamese language.
- Total papers: 6 Papers
- Total marks: 1500 Marks (250 marks each)
- Duration of exam: 3 Hours for Each Paper
- Exam centre: Guwahati
2. Interview / Personality Test
- Name of exam: CCE Main Examination 2024
- Type of exam: Interview
- Total marks: 180 Marks
- Exam Centre: Guwahati.
On the basis of the result of the written part of the Main Examination, candidates will be called for an interview in a ratio of 1:3 against the number of vacancies advertised.
Marks thus obtained by the candidates in the Main Examination (Written Part as well as Interview would determine their final ranking.
