Number of Vacancy: 02 posts [STH: 1, STP: 1]
Educational Qualification: Candidate must be a graduate in any discipline with knowledge of Assamese language.
Pay Scale: ₹14,000-60,500 plus Grade Pay of ₹ 5,200.
2. Office Peon
Number of Vacancy: 03 posts [UR: 2, STH: 1]
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Class VIII; but who have passed HSSLC or above shall be ineligible.
Pay Scale: ₹ 12,000-52,000 plus Grade Pay of ₹ 3,900.

Other Criteria of Tinsukia Judiciary Recruitment
Citizenship: Candidates must be a citizen of India as defined under Article 5 to 9 of the Constitution of India.
Employment Exchange Registration: Candidates must have registered their names in the Employment Exchange and the Registration is to be valid as on date of submission of applications.
Age Limit: Candidate must not be less than 18 years or more than 40 years of age as on as on the date of publication of the advertisement.

Selection Process of Tinsukia Recruitment
The eligible candidates for the post of Process Server shall be required to appear for a written test followed by Viva voce. The written test shall be based on a question paper of 100 marks comprising of two groups. Group A – English, General Awareness, Mathematical ability and Aptitude comprising of 70 marks and Group B- Assamese comprising of 30 marks. The minimum mark to qualify in the written test is 60% in both groups. For the post of Peon only an interview/ viva voce will be held.
