ℹ NATS Registration Mandatory: Only candidates already registered on the NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme) portal are eligible to apply. If not yet registered, complete NATS registration before applying.

✅ Assessment & Certificate: After completion of apprenticeship, candidates may undergo an assessment test. A certificate will be awarded as per prevailing guidelines — boosting career prospects in the banking sector.

💰 Total Stipend during 12-month training: ₹1,80,000/-. Valuable banking sector experience + government-recognized apprenticeship certificate from Central Bank of India.

🏭 Assam has 118 seats. Candidates must be proficient in the local/official language of the state they apply for (reading, writing, speaking, understanding). Check the official notification for state-wise language requirements.

⚠ GST @ 18% extra will be charged on the application fee. Fee must be paid through online mode only. Fee once paid is non-refundable. Verify all eligibility before payment.

✅ No Negative Marking! There is no negative marking for wrong answers in the online objective test. Attempt all questions.

ℹ Local Language Test: Conducted after qualifying the online exam. Candidates who have studied the specified local language in Class 10 or 12 (marksheet as proof) are exempted from this test. Candidates failing the language test will not be engaged.

Ensure NATS Registration: Verify that you are registered on the NATS portal before proceeding. Only NATS-registered candidates are eligible.

Log in and fill all personal and educational details. Upload required documents (photo, signature, graduation certificate, etc.).

Pay the application fee as per your category (+ 18% GST) through online mode only.

Submit the form and take a printout of the completed application for future reference.

A total of 4500 Apprentice training seats are available across India. Assam has 118 seats. Category-wise: UR (1903), OBC (1049), EWS (454), SC (701), ST (393).

The last date to submit the online application is 28 June 2026. Applications opened on 12 June 2026. Exam is tentatively in the 1st week of July 2026.

Selected apprentices receive a consolidated stipend of ₹15,000/- per month for the 12-month engagement period. No other allowances or benefits are payable over and above this.
