Assam Career: Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC) 2023 has recently invited application for the Recruitment of 58 Sub-Divisional Sports Officer (SDSO), Physical Instructor and Coach Vacancy under Directorate of Sports & Youth Welfare Department, BTC, Kokrajhar. BTC Kokrajhar Recruitment Details
1. Sub-Divisional Sports Officer (SDSO)
Number of Vacancy: 03 posts
Educational Qualification: Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce from a recognized University with a Degree/Diploma in Physical Education from a recognized University/Institution of Physical Education in India or 3/4 years BPES/ BPEd. Degree (recognized by Govt.) from a recognized University/Institution of Physical Education in India.
2. Physical Instructor (PI)
Number of Vacancy: 40 posts
Educational Qualification: Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce from a recognized University with a Degree/Diploma in Physical Education from a recognized University/Institution of Physical Education in India or 3/4 years BPES/ BPEd.Degree (recognized by Govt.) from a recognized University/Institution of Physical Education in India.
3. Coach
Number of Vacancy: 15 posts
Educational Qualification: Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce from a recognized University with one year Diploma in Sports Coaching from Netaji Subhash National Instituteof Sports (NSNIS) or its equivalent post graduate degree/diploma in sports coaching from any other institute recognized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Govt.of India/UGC.
Discipline of Coaches: Archery, Athletics, Boxing, Badminton, Football, Kabaddi, Volleyball, Wushu, Taekwondo, Weight Lifting, Hand Ball & Karate
Other Criteria of BTC Kokrajhar Recruitment
Employment Exchange Registration: The candidates’ names should be registered under the District Employment Exchange Office of BTR.
Age Limit: Candidates age should not be less than 21 years and not more than 40 years as on 31st March 2023.
Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable to SC/ ST/ OBC candidates as per Govt. norms .
Application Fee: All candidates applying for the above mentioned posts to be deposited a Treasury Challan (Payable Through Kokrajhar Treasury Office only) for an amount of Rs. 300/- (Rupees three hundred) only for General & Category of ST/SC/OBC/MOBC Candidates of Rs. 150/- (Rupees one hundred fifty) only in favour of the Principal Secretary of BTC under the Head of Account 8443 Civil-Deposit, Personal-Deposit BTC, Payable at Kokrajhar.
The Treasury Challan paid at Kokrajhar Treasury Office only shall be accepted and all the candidates other than Kokrajhar may submit IPO (Indian Postal Order) of the same amount instead of Treasury Challan along with their application.
How to Apply for BTC Recruitment?
Interested and eligible candidates willing to apply for the above mentioned posts may apply by filled up the Standard Application Form of advertisement. The candidates who are in Govt. service or Public undertakings or other similar Organizations/ Corporations/ Boards/ Bodies must apply through proper channel and should ensure receipt of his/her application of the Board’s office within the stipulated date of receipt of application failing which he/she is liable to be rejected. No advance copy of application shall be treated as valid for determination of eligibility of a candidate.
The application form duly filled up by the candidate himself/herself along with completed testimonials should be submitted to the following address by hand or by post on or before 31st May, 2023.

Envelope: The envelope containing the completed application along with testimonials and one self-addressed envelope (Size 23 cm x 10 cm) affixing a postal stamp of Rs.5/- must be superscribed the name of the post applied for on the top of the envelope. Candidates are required to enclosed self addressed envelope affixing Postal Stamp of Rs. 10/- (ten rupees) along with application.
