Assam Direct Recruitment Admit Card 2024
The Government of Assam has completed the online application process for the recruitment of 12,600 Grade III and Grade IV vacancies under various departments, as part of the Assam Direct Recruitment initiative. This recruitment drive, led by the State Level Recruitment Commission (SLRC), aims to provide government job opportunities to over one lakh candidates in Assam. Candidates will be selected through a written exam and skill test/viva for each category of posts, followed by the preparation of a merit list for appointment. The second phase of the application process for the Assam Direct Recruitment was completed between 10th November and 29th December 2023.
The admit cards for the Assam Direct Recruitment HSSLC level exams are expected to be released on 2nd September 2024, and candidates may download them from the official web portal.

Negative marking: There will be negative marking for wrong answers. The negative marking to be awarded for each wrong answer will be equivalent to 1/4th of the mark(s) allotted for that question. For example, negative marking for the wrong answer of a question carrying 1 mark will be 0.25 and similarly negative marking for the wrong answer of a question carrying 2 marks will be 0.50.
Selection Process: The candidates who qualify in the written examination will be called for interview (as intimated by HCM).
