Assam Career: Tocklai Tea Research Institute, Jorhat, Assam, 2024 has recently invited application for the Recruitment of Junior Research Fellow (JRF)/ Project Associate-I under a DBT-sponsored research project titled “Value Addition and Product Diversification in Tea” (Project No. BT/PR45264/NER/95/1920/2022). Name of Post: JRF/ Project Associate-I
Number of Vacancy: 1 Post
Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry.
Desirable Qualification: Research experience in a relevant field is desirable.
Job Responsibility: Conducting project-related research work, including wet chemical analysis, field activities, pilot plant work, and operating analytical instruments like HPLC and UV-Vis spectrophotometer.
Pay Scale: ₹ 31,000 + 8% HRA per month for JRF and ₹ 25,000 + 8% HRA per month for Project Associate-I.
Age Limit: Candidates should not be older than 35 years.
Nationality: The candidate should be an Indian citizen and a permanent resident of Assam.
